CUSTOMER ACCESS VS. GUEST ACCESS

As you will notice, you can register on your gallery both as a guest and as a customer. The reason for this is simply that you as a customer are "allowed" to do completely different things on your gallery than others (e.g. "hide" pictures from others or download them without paying for them) 

 It is therefore important that

• YOU always register as a CUSTOMER 

and

• when sharing your gallery, you only ever pass on the GUEST access data - but NEVER the CUSTOMER LOGIN data or the download PIN! 

You will find more information about this further down. 

SHARE YOUR GALLERY AND|OR INDIVIDUAL IMAGES

SHARE FULL GALLERY

If you would like to make your gallery visible to others, use 

• either the "Share" symbol at the top right of the gallery page 

 or 

• send the direct link to your gallery which you received in your access e-mail. 

In either case, your friends and relatives will need the guest access password. 

SHARE INDIVIDUAL IMAGES

To share just a single image, you may simply 

• click on the "Share" symbol directly in the picture. 

In this case, no password will be required.

In both our best interest, please do not share your exclusive customer access or your download PIN with anyone. Thank you very much.

HIDE PICTURES FROM OTHERS | MARK AS PRIVATE

You only share what you want others to see! Some of the images in your gallery - or even entire folders - are very personal, so you obviously don't want everyone else to see them... so before you send the link to your guests and friends, you can mark these images or folders as "private". That way you will still be able to see them, download them etc., but nobody who logs in as a guest will be able to see them.

• To do so, it is first of all important for you to log in on the homepage as a CUSTOMER (not as a guest!) with the corresponding password
• You can now simply click on the "eye" symbol next to the individual images that you do not want others to see, and the corresponding image will no longer be visible to visitors who log in as guests. As soon as the crossed-out eye is visible, you and I are the only ones who can see this image.
• Should you wish to make entire folders invisible to others, please let me know (before you share your guest login details with others) and I will make the appropriate settings for this or these folders

I might have already marked the pictures that I consider "too private" as "private" while uploading them. You can, of course, undo this again.

S H O P | PHOTO PRINTS AND DIGITAL IMAGE FILES

You don't just want to enjoy your pictures online or in a photo book? You want to decorate an entire wall with them, have large prints or something tangible? Would your friends and relatives also like to have a picture or two from your gallery - digitally or in print? No problem at all. Anyone can buy directly from your gallery. Order digital image files in high-resolution original quality without watermarks with a simple mouse click! And why download images first and then, armed with a USB stick or your cell phone, have them developed at the counter or time-consuming online in more or less decent quality, when you can order high-quality prints straight from the source?

Anyone who has access to your gallery can easily and conveniently shop directly via your photo gallery - ranging from digital image files and classic photo prints in high premium quality to fine art prints and frames. 

As soon as you have provided your guests with the link and the GUEST access password to your gallery, they can visit the gallery - either just to browse and enjoy or to purchase - and soon hold their favorite pieces in premium quality in their hands - either digitally or in print or both. 

Just give them this tip when you share the link!

You are of course welcome to order your prints from another store. In that case, please do note the following:

PERSONAL PHOTO APP

Your personal photo app contains a maximum of 200 pictures. If your story contains fewer images, I will automatically send you the app. Should your photo coverage contain more than that, you will choose your 200 favorites yourself. 

How to choose your favorites for this app:

• For your app included in the package, you simply create a list of your favorite photos with the name "App Favorites" and put your 200 favorites in here by a click of the heart.
• As soon as you are satisfied with your selection, let me know - either via the corresponding button in the tool or simply by e-mail.

How to get your app:

• Once I know that you have completed your selection, I will send you a link with a download button to your app - after that you will always have your pictures with you wherever you go without having to log in

DOWNLOAD YOUR IMAGES

To make sure that the quality results remain correct after the download, please consider the following when downloading: 

! PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE ALBUM AT LEAST ONCE AS A WHOLE IN ITS ORIGINAL QUALITY !

! FOR PRINTS (which you do not order via your gallery shop)

PLEASE ALWAYS ONLY EVER USE THEIR ORIGINAL QUALITY ONLY!

The respective PIN for downloading individual images or the entire gallery is the same. 

This PIN is only intended for you - the customer - and may not be passed on.

• DOWNLOAD OF ALL IMAGES = WHOLE ALBUM OR WHOLE FOLDER:

For the original quality of the images without watermarks - i.e. ideally suited for printing of all kinds - please download the album as a whole in its original quality (preferably on your computer, as these are quite large amounts of data - usually between 5 and 12 MB per image). 

The download of your gallery is limited to your e-mail address(es) to a total of 3 times; if you - for whatever reason - should wish to download the gallery more than 3 times in total, just contact me.

• DOWNLOAD OF INDIVIDUAL IMAGES:

Of course, images can also be downloaded as individual files. They will then automatically have web-optimized sizes and are especially suitable for social media purposes, as they also automatically carry the watermark, which covers the copyright notice for posts in social networks. (For Facebook & Instagram posts, a resolution of 2048 px is perfect) 

You can download these individual photos in a smaller resolution with a watermark as many times as you like.

PUBLISHING 

Please note that as soon as you post any pictures I have taken on the Internet (social media, etc.), the generally binding law for photographers applies, which requires the photographer to be named (linked) - i.e. to my website. I appreciate your cooperation. 

COPYRIGHT | IMAGE EDITING

Your pictures belong to you first and foremost. However, the copyright lies with me. This means that the images may not be altered and that I may publish them depending on the price model selected.  

You may, of course, alter the images for your individual purpose, e.g. by cropping them to a certain frame size; however, alterations (such as color profiles, and other editing of any sort) that distort the original image message in such a way that I as the photographer may suffer personal disadvantages such as damage to my reputation, as well as alterations that are restricted or prohibited by other rights (trademark law, personal rights, etc.) are prohibited. 

THIS ONLINE GALLERY IS NOT A PERMANENT STORAGE MEDIUM

Please note that this online gallery is NOT a permanent storage location for your pictures, but merely a temporary medium for data exchange. The galleries published here will - of course only after a successful download on your part and only at a great distance from your celebration - be deleted again at some point. In case I notice that you have not yet downloaded all the original files before deleting your gallery, I will contact you again before deleting the gallery permanently.
